Enter the 'Super Medic'

Like so many things in business (and in life), when you distill down far enough you reach the same conclusion - it's about the people.


Pushing through this, into which facets of the people matter most, the hierarchy is:


Mindset > Skills > Knowledge > Qualifications


And so we arrive at the logical conclusion - that with the right mindset, anyone can learn to do anything and outperform 'natives' at it.


As the ground moves under our feet externally (changing marketplaces, new technologies, new therapy areas) what we need in Medical Affairs is people with:


1) A great mindset

2) A new set of skills


As biopharma begins the quest to find the next generation of Medical Affairs leaders (the "Super Medics") - let's think about how we hire along these lines:
